At PSI, we know firsthand that given an opportunity, disadvantaged business enterprises can add real value to the business community. We have completed numerous projects and programs while consistently delivering superior services on time and within budget. Our project managers ensure that each project adheres to the contract requirements, and they work closely with contract representatives and contracting offices to ensure the goals and objectives for each project meet or exceed the requirements. PSI is an Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), certified South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and a recent graduate of the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) program. We have a long history of providing construction and project management, cost estimating, inspection services, and business development services to government and private agencies.
