To simply put, Prolanceer is a software-as-a-service platform that connects Project owners with services providers (the Members) including development agencies, design studios and freelance developers, designers, project managers, testers. However, we are different than other freelance or service marketplaces. Firstly, We are primarily focused on projects related to Web & Mobile applications. Hence, all the service providers on our platform are related to web and mobile app design & development. Secondly, All the service providers are vetted and interviewed before on-boarding our platform. We only accept the best in class talent. If we have a doubt that a service provider is not the right fit for our clients, then we either reject them or train them until they meet our criteria. Third,, Most of the projects that we accept require a team of professionals, rather than an Individual. Hence, we provide mechanisms to help our freelance service providers to connect with one another and form up teams to be able to deliver the projects. Fourth,, We are a closed marketplace. Projects posted on our platform and Service Providers registered on our platform are not open to public. Based on the type of project and various other parameters, we identify the right set of Service Providers and invite them to bid for the Project. From those selected, Service Providers, who make the bid, are only presented to the Project owners. Fifth,, We offer Project and Payment protection to all Project owners. In the off-chance scenario that things go wrong, we are committed to making things right again. We have designed a speedy and fair review process to resolve any issues that may arise.
