Proof Positioning is a brand positioning firm started by experts from the world of mergers and acquisitions. The Proof Positioning team has taken insights and business knowledge gained from M&A and applied them to the world of marketing and brand positioning. They then partnered with experts from media and consumer insights to create a firm that approaches marketing and strategy that is centered around the success of the business first and promotion second. The leaders of Proof Positioning determined, after working with literally hundreds of brands nationwide, that business owners incorrectly think of their brand as a division of their marketing department. Strong companies have strong brands that stand for only one thing in the mind of their customers and prospects and permeate every part of their business. The name "Proof" was chosen for three reasons: 1. As an organization, our Brand Mission is "We Know, We Don't Guess" and serves as the guiding principle behind our company; 2. For the first time, making business decisions becomes startlingly easy because hard, objective data is available on which to base those decisions; and 3. Identifying or communicating a competitive advantage traditionally is based on someone's best guess and we believe not having Proof behind the communication of your brand is irresponsible. Your brand IS your business strategy and is the responsibility of the CEO, not the marketing department. Any company that doesn't get this is going to eventually stop growing.
