Propertydrum Ltd also owns and runs The Negotiator Awards, The Negotiator Conference & Expo, PROPERTYdrum Magazine, the PROPERTYdrum B2B Awards and the annual PROPERTYdrum National Conference. The company is based in Epsom, Surrey. Its principal directors are Grant Leonard and Sheila Manchester. The Negotiator magazine is one of the two leading publications for estate and letting agents today. Published monthly it is recognised for its authoritative coverage and understanding of business issues that really matter to its readers. The magazine is essential reading for all residential estate and letting agents - today they need up to the minute advice to guide them through the tough economic climate.
