We negotiate with developers to secure savings with our group buying power and we pass those savings directly on to you. Then we negotiate the building contracts for you with a common builder - often one we've used before - and pass on those savings directly to you. All we charge is one fixed fee for the service with no other commissions or kickbacks. That way we're totally focused on getting the best deals that are in your best interests.
