Founder, John Rarity, was frustrated with available processes for coordinati...ng work orders and recognized a huge need for a simple, reliable, and effective method for tracking work order status. Existing “software solutions” were too cumbersome or expensive to integrate and communication was quickly lost via endless emails, voicemails and text threads… just to fix a leaky faucet.
