Our aim is to provide a personal, yet professional service to each of our clients - owners and tenants alike. We like to say that we are 'small enough to be personal but big enough to be experts'. Today our head office has moved from Dunedin to Christchurch. If we haven't landed in a town near you yet then stand by, it may not be too long before we do. Each of our Propertyscouts offices operates under a comprehensive, best practice framework. We undergo regular training to ensure that we keep abreast of the ever-changing legal landscape. It's taken fourteen years to build the enviable reputation we have, and we are very cognisant of how easily that could be damaged. Each of us is a member of the RPMI (Residential Property Management Institute) which has a very robust code of ethics and disciplinary process.
