Propét Global Limited (Propét Global) is a manufacturer, marketer, designer and distributor of branded casual footwear. Our product lines of comfort footwear are targeted at the value-conscious segment of the baby-boomer generation. We have over twenty years of experience in designing, manufacturing and marketing footwear for the comfort footwear consumer. We believe that this experience has given us a great deal of insight into the needs of our target market. Every style of Propét shoe has between three to five width sizes to choose from, affording customers the opportunity to select the shoe that maximizes their comfort. Propét Global Limited is a holding company formed in May 2006 which owns 100% of the following sales and distribution companies: Propét USA, Propét Canada, and Propét Hong Kong, with its wholly-owned subsidiary Propét China, a manufacturer of footwear products located in the People's Republic of China. Propét USA was the first Propét entity founded in December 1985. At Propét, we are dedicated to producing the best walking shoes available. In order to maintain the high quality of our footwear products and our corporate image, all production and developing processes are conducted in our own facilities in China. In recognition of the superior quality of our footwear, all Propét Walking Shoes come with the industry's best sole wear guarantee of 1,000 miles. To take advantage of this program, customers return a guarantee card with basic demographic information. This program has helped us to strengthen our brand as well as deepen our understanding of our customers through the data that we have collected. We are a vertically integrated footwear producer, with our wholly owned manufacturing plant in Guangzhou, China. This integration allows us to respond quickly to shifting customer demand and marketing trends. Our manufacturing plant also provides us with the most current information on raw material pricing trends. The combination of our knowledge of our customer base, consumer preferences and raw materials allows us to design and produce competitively priced shoes which reflect the most recent fashion trends. Propét products are sold to over 3,000 distributors and chain stores mainly in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, South Africa and Asia. In addition, we operate over 16 retail stores in China and a Chinese online retail website as well.
