Protective barriers, LLC specializes in the permitting, installation, maintenance and inspections of erosion control devices, such as Silt Fence, Turbidity Barrier, and Inlet protection. PBL's core business is to assist developers, builders, contractors in obtaining National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permits and to maintain compliance during the construction process. PBL is dedicated to meeting the rules and regulations under the Clean Water Act that requires a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permit to protect against negative environmental impacts from commercial and construction site activity.
