Proventis Partners

Proventis Partners owe its origins to three independent, well-established offices in three commercial centres. Jan Poerschmann and Rainer Wieser founded Proventis GmbH in Munich in 2001. From day one, their focus was on advising M&A transactions and corporate finance projects. During the same period, the independent M&A boutique Hartmann Zillmer Corporate Finance GmbH arose in Hamburg with Jost Hartmann playing the decisive role here. After the turn of the millennium, Dr Christoph Studinka and Teun de Ven began as M&A consultants in Zurich and jointly founded the Proventis Partners AG soon thereafter. Since 2012, Peter Trinkl is adding to the partnership here; Ulrich Schneider already stepped aboard in Hamburg in 2010. Seven entrepreneurs, one incentive: the best possible result for the client. Based initially on occasional joint projects, the cooperation gradually grew ever closer. The partners did not only have the same objectives, they were also committed to the same values, such as independence and customer focus. Since 2010, Proventis Partners has been operating as one company on the market, offering location-independent solutions from one source. The concept apparently hits home: the number of projects and the transaction volume is rising just as steadily as is the number of employees. For each customer, we find an appropriate solution that is practical and successful on a long-term scale. Because that's what truly counts.
