PSP Computers LTD is a Bulgarian company established in 1994 by Ivailo Hristov and Peter Pavlov. Hewlett-Packard certified partner for Bulgaria. Main company activities include subscription-based maintenance and computer sales. Originally, the company started with software design for Merloni Indesit Bulgaria. Several programs were developed: - a program for distribution of guarantee certificates; - a database program containing retail sales in the country, allowing the introduction of a bonus incentive scheme. Later on, a program for market research was developed to provide information about the market of household equipment. The ownership right of this program was bought by Merloni for all Eastern Europe. As a result of the positive evaluation and references that we received, the number of our customers and services we offered rapidly grew, which enabled us to attract a wider range of experts in the following areas: Computer equipment repairing, Windows/Linux/Unix administration, LAN administration, Web design consultancy. Large companies such as Merloni Indesit Bulgaria, Philips Bulgaria, AstraZeneca, TOYOTA, Care International, Gorenje, Conegliano, Radio FM+ (which is part of the largest UK chain of radio stations,GWR), The Italian Foreign Trade Institute and the world largest company for staff recruitment, Snelling (now Aims Human Capital) for which we developed a specialized software for ordering, evaluating, comparing and studying human resources, joined the list of our customers. We are also working with some of the SONY official service centers, Vitosha Entertainment (the official representative of SONY Music), OCRA Consulting - a consultancy company with representative offices in over 60 countries, "CRS"- an American foundation with representative offices in over 20 countries, "GTS"- a representative of Ariston cleaning equipment for Bulgaria, Golden Lady, Lloyds (the world largest ship insurance company), the representative office of VOLVO for Bulgaria, the representative office of RENAULT, one of the major distributors of OPEL for Bulgaria, Beiersdorf (NIVEA). Moreover, some of our customers are large Bulgarian companies and state institutions: Centrum Group Television, Sofiiski Imoti, Ruen textile factory, Pexim shoe-making factory, Vitosha radio, the Technical University, the Biological University, transport police, large furniture stores, etc. We have completed major projects and orders for companies such as McDonalds, Diners club International, 3M, Bulgarian Helsinki Committee, Spetema café, BTV, PDT (UK) - England, Element - France, the embassies of Italy, India and Moldova.
