Prince Sultan University
Prince Sultan University (PSU) is a non-profit institution, founded in 1998 by the Al-Riyadh Philanthropic Society for Science under the auspices of HRH King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud and licensed by the Ministry of Education. PSU is the first private university in Saudi Arabia. PSU performed among the top 23% in the QS Arab Region University Rankings 2018 (among approximately 1,000 universities regionally). This puts Prince Sultan University in the top 3.3% of universities in the Arab Region. The Department of Accounting at Prince Sultan University is the first in the Middle East to have earned accreditation from six world-leading international professional bodies: ACCA, AIA, ICAEW, CIMA, CIPFA and IMA. With 100 per cent employment within six months of graduations, 60 percent of the graduates are employed in the Big Four Accounting Firms.
