PTCI provides sales and service on telephone systems (key system, pabx, voice mail, and other telecommunication equipment). Our certified technicians are prepared to install and maintain all telecommunication equipment that PTCI sells. PTCI provides service in two ways. First, under a monthly maintenance contract which covers the cost of labor and equipment parts, repairs, and replacement. Second, service can be provided on a time and material basis.
