Independently owned by its founders, PUBLIC CAPITAL ADVISORS provides objective advice on all relevant financial service providers such as underwriters, credit enhancers and rating agencies. We view the comprehensive financial plan as a cornerstone of successful relationships in capital markets. Such plans match revenues, expenses and capital funding capacity. Our examination of financial strengths enables governments to choose the most cost-effective vehicle for market access.
