Paleteras Unidas

Paleteras Unidas was organized during 1967, under the Laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Its main business has always consisted on wooden pallet manufacturing for a wide variety of customers, most of which is engaged by the pharmaceutical industry. This vast variety of customers provides ample means for diversification. On 2003, due to the diversification of Paleteras' activities and the increasing need for an environmentally safe way to handle used wooden pallets, Caribe Recycling Corporation (CRC) was formed. CRC's operations are supported by the Reduction and Recycling Laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico which requires for industries to recycle a portion of their byproducts and waste. CRC is one of the main lumber recycling centers registered under the Solid Waste Authority of Puerto Rico.
