At Pure Pita, we combine the finest flavors and the most popular dishes from the Mediterranean and the Middle East in an "Americanized", fast casual setting. Our broad range of menu items includes signature dishes that have become local favorites. We offer quinoa bowls and salads topped with a choice of proteins including marinated lamb, rotisserie chicken and steak, or our delicious falafel for our vegetarian, vegan, and gluten conscious guests. We are proud of our homemade dips, dressings, and soups made fresh daily, and are a perfect complement to our paninis, fish tacos, burgers and pita pockets. Unlike many other fast casual restaurants, all menu items are made to order and you can truly make them your own with our build your own offering where we encourage guests to #ExpressYourself with fully customized dishes made to your exact specifications. Pure Pita's loyalty program rewards our guests with Pita points, which can be applied towards free meals! Guests can also sign up for our newsletter to receive personalized recommendations, Pure Pita news, and special discounts. Gift cards are available at all locations. The Pure Pita concept was cultivated by our classically trained executive chef, Bennett Orfaly, when he became enamored with the vibrant food culture in Southern California in the early 90's. This SoCal style borrowed from many different cultures and paired many ethnic flavor profiles, resulting in healthy food that was satisfying and fun. At all of our locations, our goal is to provide our customers with healthy options crafted from locally sourced, all-natural ingredients. We realize the world is getting faster, and our days shorter, so we pride ourselves on preparing every order quickly and consistently. We have refined our process over the last 23 years since the opening our first location in 1993 under the Pita Grill brand. Our food immediately resonated with our local clientele and we expanded rapidly throughout the greater New York area and Northern New Jersey. The success we experienced due to our satisfied and loyal customers caused copycat competitors to attempt to recreate our brand, and even use our name! We began a movement to rebrand our company and target new markets, and as a result Pure Pita was born. For special occasions, parties and business functions, Pure Pita offers catering from each of our 4 locations in Hoboken, Montclair and Morristown. Our catering menu takes our most popular items and combines them with the spreads, grains and desserts of your choosing. We offer online and mobile ordering for takeout and delivery through our fast delivery service. We are diligently working towards offering others the opportunity to become part of the Pure Pita family through the franchising of our concept, processes and culture. This is an exciting step as we are looking forward to mentoring and teaching others how to run a successful business. This will allow us to impact more people with our tasty food and positive message of living a positively healthy and pure life.
