Paralyzed Veterans of America

Paralyzed Veterans of America is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to advocate for health care and services, spinal cord education and research, veterans benefits, and civil rights for veterans of the United States armed forces who experienced spinal cord injury or dysfunction. The group was founded in 1946 and is headquartered in Washington D.C.
