PW Communications, Inc. provides proposal writing support services to the largest government contractors and those who are on their way up, striving to grow. The Company was founded in 1996 by Phyllis Bresler in response to what she considered a major void in the proposal writing and consulting arena: the screening and vetting of qualified proposal professionals, setting performance standards and paying consultants promptly and fairly. The decision to establish PWC was timely and appropriate. Federal procurement policies continued major shifts to encourage more private sector involvement. PW Communications was on the cusp of a burgeoning business: as government contracting grew, so did the need to outsource proposal services. Focus and sound decision-making are fundamental to the Company's success and Phyllis Bresler's leadership. Since 1996, PWC has assisted government contractors and commercial entities in developing winning proposals in response to formal requests for Proposal (RFPs). PW Communications qualifies as a small woman-owned business certified by WBENC, Women's Business Enterprise. The comprehensive proposal services offered include: proposal strategy and proposal management; proposal writing and proposal editing; conceptual art, graphic art support, and proposal document production. PW Communications has been selected for the Inc. 500/5000 list of fastest-growing privately-held companies in the United States. PW Communications is honored to receive the 2012 Northrop Grumman Supplier of Excellence Award in recognition of outstanding proposal support services. PW Communications is the first supplier specializing in proposal support services to receive this award given in recognition of superior performance in management, performance, schedule, cost, quality, mission assurance, and supply chain management.
