At Pyramid Fab and Finish, we're a full service manufacturer specializing in precision sheet metal fabrication of high quality components. Our diverse capabilities and in-house, conveyorized, powder coating line position us as a single source solution, dedicated to providing our customers quality products and value added services. We've been building customer loyalty for over four decades, providing engineering assistance for manufacturability, and other cost reduction support free of charge. This customer centric focus has allowed us to maintain long term relationships based on quality products and customer service alone. We work strictly with sheet metal, specializing in the precision forming of galvanized, and cold rolled steel, as well as aluminum, brass, and copper. Our 33 ton turret press can accommodate materials up to 60" in width, and 120" in length, and our 130 ton press brake can form materials up to 12' in length. These advanced capabilities feature the precision of CNC control which allows for repeatable tolerances of ±.005" on steel up to 7 gage and aluminum up to 1/4" thick. Augmenting these capabilities is a complete line of ancillary services such as assembly, spot welding, and hardware insertion. At Pyramid, we take quality seriously.
