QEROS provides services from its development centers located at Pune, India, a major destination for international IT majors and clients. The resources for the development centers are selected based on client's requirements. QEROS can achieve this unique capability as its model is based on long term partnership with its clients. The offshore setup for a client through QEROS gives a client flexibility of a captive development center, at lower cost, providing higher value, allowing the resources in the setup to be part of a consulting organization, constantly updating their skills. QEROS was incorporated in early 2004 with an objective to increase productivity from offshore development engagements by providing efficient management. This was then expanded to building dedicated Offshore Development Centers for clients, which was setup to compliment the client's own setup. QEROS now has an unparallel track record of setting up Offshore SAP Development and Configuration facility, providing end to end solutions, and being very cost effective and passing on the cost benefit to its customers and higher value to its employees.
