QiuBao Valve

Qiubao has developed the grinding equipment for the outside diameter of ball trunnion side, which is the first one in China. The purpose is to improve the quality of large diameter pipeline ball valve. The equipment achieves the concentricity by 0.02mm and surface finish by Ra0.4micron for 28" and above 28" balls. It reduces valve operation torque significantly to improve the quality of valve. Qiubao has been making a great contribution to Chinese valve industry during 30 years' development by bringing the society tremendous benefits, which could be proved from the numerous honors Qiubao has achieved. As employees of Qiubao, we are not going to make no headway and will continue improving the quality and efficiency and applying the new process and new equipments. Qiubao has bought a land of 53,334 square meters in Qingtian County, Lishui, Zhejiang Province, on which a new plant is under construction. As Qiubao's new base, the plant will be allocated with a fast supply chain along with various functions as forging, manufacturing, heat treatment, surface treatment, etc. The new factory is planning to start the operation in 2013 and Qiubao will exceed furthermore and get more splendid achievements.
