QuNu Labs is the first and only Indian company to develop Quantum cyber-security products using Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) Technology. QKD solves the problem of key distribution by allowing the exchange of a cryptographic key between two remote parties with unconditional security over a quantum channel. The security is guaranteed by the fundamental laws of Quantum Physics which has established that the mere observation of a quantum object will perturb it an irreversible manner This key can then be used for with conventional cryptography algorithms over a classical channel. While the technology theoretically provides an unconditionally secure solution for key exchange, the nature of implementation will determine the level of security to different type of possible attacks. QuNu Labs will offer a range of products, with varying levels of security. These products will secure privacy and confidentiality of communication which is a crucial requirement for many sectors including Defence, Government, Finance, and Healthcare.
