Quality Team 1 provides sorting and inspection services for companies seeking to reduce rework cost and improve overall product quality. A systematic inspection of an automotive product will assure your company of the highest quality performance, which is expected from your customer. Our staff is experienced in inspecting all different types of material nonconformance which occur on almost every part on an automobile or truck. Examples: laminations, water stains, scratches, slivers, etc. from pump housing and pressure plate products; defects that occur in seat cushions such as internal voids, rips and tears; and problems or defects that arise from headrest products such as: hanging thread, missing component, wrinkles, wavy seams, dog ears and seam misalignment. Parts are inspected with precision our customers have learned to expect that from us. Inspection data (e.g. Pareto chart of defects) is collected and compiled in electronic format and can be e-mailed or faxed to the customer. Quality Team 1 is always ready, whatever your quality issue is.
