Attorney Hector Quiroga and three other members of the firm are first generation immigrants to the United States. They have been through the immigration process. More importantly, they have never forgotten what it was like to do so. This immigrant 'American Dream' success story started as a small operation out of an eight-hundred square foot basement in 2009.
