We are a family business who specialise in creating and providing quality accommodation for working professionals. Traditionally, we lease properties from Estate Agents and Landlords on a long term basis with a view to create professional house share environments for our clients. We deal only with Single working professionals of a high calibre who are relocating to the West Midlands for work purposes. We streamline the process by furnishing entire properties, providing all services (Electric, Gas, Water, High-Speed Broadband, Gardeners and Cleaners), adapt the property to best suit the household's needs and maintain them as if they were our own home. With 40+ years of combined experience in Property Development, Investment and Property rentals (from both Landlord and Tenant side), we feel we provide greater benefit to Agents and Landlords in comparison to parties involved in traditional Let agreements. Strong relationships and understandings with Agents, Landlords and our Tenants alike, are the basis and foundation of our business and what we, as a Family, are about.
