RAB Land and all its sister entities are focused on offering quality space in both residential and commercial/retail at affordable prices. Established in 1982, RAB Land & Development, Inc. was founded by Ramzi A. Boutros and was the first company to begin investing in real estate. Since Ramzi's passing in 2010, Samuel R. Boutros (Ramzi's youngest son) has gone on to form many spin off entities in dedication to Ramzi's legacy and has invested heavily in the city of Saint Petersburg, Florida.
