Radial Analytics is a seed-funded startup committed to addressing healthcare's biggest data challenges. Our technologies offer an unprecedented degree of patient personalization - helping Accountable Care Organizations, hospitals, and payers to optimize quality, outcomes, and cost across the continuum of care. Our initial product is a novel decision support system to help identify the optimal post-hospital care solution for each patient, based on their unique clinical and behavioral needs. Today, this problem is solved manually by busy and overburdened discharge planners who lack the data they need to make robust evidence-based decisions. We aim to revolutionize this process. This one problem impacts the lives of millions of patients a year, and is the first of many ways we'll help hospitals and other healthcare providers personalize patient care through analytics. We're currently building our core team in Cambridge MA, and are looking for exceptional team members who want to positively impact patient lives, and who have a passion for healthcare data and analytics.
