Their engineers, who operate the lab for the customers and for their own R & D work, have over 50 years of combined experience to help customers with product and process development. They maintain a laboratory with a full range of heat sources to evaluate different approaches to drying and curing under varying conditions. The extra time spent in research and development results in innovative and economical ways to improve the quality of customers' products. Customers can run pilot line tests with Radiant Energy Systems' engineers to develop new products or to improve existing processes. Products and coatings can also be sent to test on their smaller lab line. We have a well-equipped and versatile lab facility. Available coating equipment includes many different sizes of Meyer rods, flexo printer, knife coater, spray coating equipment and powder coating equipment. Weekly rentals are readily available. Rentals are for testing in the customer's plant on the customer's line. Typical equipment for rental testing include: infrared heaters, infrared with air, tunnel heaters and cylindrical heaters.
