Our software aggregates assessor, building permit, rooftop solar potential, utility bill, manufacturing, and energy program data to generate an hourly energy model and anticipated replacement timelines for mechanical equipment within each building in a chosen territory. The Radiant Labs analytics engine is currently deployed by in cities across the US as a marketing and planning tool that helps them forecast future transformations in their building stock as well as determine which neighborhoods or individual homes are the best opportunities for selective marketing.
