Radio Belarus

Originally, the programs were broadcast in Belarusian only. In 1985 broadcasting in German was launched, and in 1998 its Russian and English versions followed. In 2006 our radio started broadcasting in Polish. 2010 saw the launch of French and Spanish-language programming, while in 2013 our first programs in Chinese were aired. In 2017 broadcasting in Arabic was launched. Today we offer 24/7 service in 9 languages , available online at our website. Our signal is also broadcast via the HotBird satellite (see the technical parameters here .) Apart from that we have FM transmitters in near-border regions of the country: Brest - 96.4 MHz Hrodna - 96.9 MHz Svislach - 100.8 MHz Heraniony - 99.9 MHz Braslau - 106.6 MHz Miadzel - 102.0 MHz Radio Belarus International features: news and information-analytical shows; radio meetings with statesmen, politicians, public and religious figures; scientists, writers and musicians, masters of art and folklore; sportsmen; programs about history, culture, spiritual values of Belarusians. Showing different aspects of state life, we also pay much attention to ordinary Belarusian families with their joys and worries. Priority in music policy is popularization of the best examples of folk, classical and modern Belarusian music. Radio is developing dynamically , it is fit out with modern equipment, our groups combine youthfulness and experience, what help us to generate new creative projects and to make them come true.
