Radio Teesdale continually support the activities of local tourism activities such as The Barnard Castle Meet, various Christmas Tree Light Switch On's, Outdoor Markets, The Castle Players' Productions, The Barnard Castle Cricket Club, Agricultural Shows and many more. Infact each year we have produced special programmes for over 60 specific events. During all our liveshows we feature What's On events. Radio Teesdale uses and manages the Teesdale Discoverydatabase for it's local What's On items. So the best way tosend the information to us, and to guarantee "shout outs" (and indeed interviews) on our programmes is to enter the information about all yourevents on the Teesdale Discovery website. This information isalso available to the public and is accessed by locals and visitors alike. As well as Radio Teesdale, it is used by local newspapers for their What's On lists and for Tourist Information Points to hand out to visitors.
