Radius Group was established to assist community banks in achieving the management-to-disposition process for other real estate owned, or OREO. Radius Group is composed of a team of experienced bankers, lawyers, real estate professionals, accountants and information technology specialists. With bank owned real estate in mind, we developed web-based, proprietary tools ( RadiusTrak™ and RadiusTrak Search) that are effective and affordable for any bank with foreclosed property. Our mission is to create parity for community banks in the foreclosed property marketplace by grouping individual bank assets, and then appropriately presenting these properties in a buyer friendly manner.
