The Raithwaite Estate offers an ideal venue for team building in Yorkshire. Situated on the Yorkshire coast and a short distance from the North Yorkshire Moors National Parks, Raithwaite Estate offers a wide range of group activities to suit all requirements. Within the 100 acres of our stunning estate, we can facilitate corporate shooting and archery events, business bootcamps, orienteering, problem solving and leadership tasks, and the celebrated Raithwaite Teamwork Challenge event. Our team building is delivered by our award winning accredited team of facilitators and instructors, who have gained a reputation for helping businesses, teams and individuals succeed by designing and facilitating memorable and rewarding activities and events that are enjoyable, effective and anticipated. In addition to onsite group activities, we can arrange a range of water sports such as surfing, wind surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, sailing, whale watching and fishing. We can arrange for your group to enjoy the surrounding area on either road or mountain bikes and can even take the team to Dalby Forest to enjoy the myriad of single track trails on offer. Other group activities include off road 4×4 and horse riding. Raithwaite Estate is located opposite Whitby Golf Course, a semi-links course which can often be challenging depending on the direction of the wind! Through a local partnership we can take care of all of your requirements at Whitby Golf Course. Pleas note: Minimum numbers for group activities apply, must be booked in advance and is subject to the availability of the external facilitators.
