Top-Quality Sources for Secondary Operations - Many of our parts need to be plated, heat treated, or painted. Over the years - Ramdy has used and screened a multitude of shops that perform these kinds of finishing operations. The result is that we always get a first-rate part. It's sad to see an otherwise good part spoiled by some inept finishing operation. That doesn't happen when we buy parts through Ramdy. 6. Great Communications - a human being always answers the phone during business hours (I hate those automated phone messaging systems). The Ramdy response to our queries is always prompt - and we never get the sort of BS excuses that we often hear from other shops. They're just regular, honest people - who treat their customers in the manner that they themselves would like to be treated if the roles were reversed.
