The Ramsey County Library is firmly committed to cooperative networks and resource sharing through interlibrary loan. The Library attempts to provide a broad spectrum of informational, educational, and recreational materials in a variety of formats. The Library subscribes to the American Library Association's Bill of Rights, and supports ALA's Freedom to Read and Freedom to View Statements.
