Rancho California Water District

Rancho California Water District is a local and independent "Special District" that was organized on August 16. 1965. RCWD conserves and manages their areas unique water resources for the community. RCWD implements an Integrated Resources Plan, a roadmap for long-term resource planning that examines all possible supply side and demand side management opportunities to meet their customers' needs in an economical and sustainable manner.
