Briefly, these services include the following: Sustainable Design - As members of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), we incorporate sustainable building design standards. Our staff includes ten (10) LEED™ Accredited Professionals who understand the additional responsibilities incurred with a LEED™ project and share that enthusiasm and commitment with the team. We are skilled in creating systems that optimize performance. Clean Energy - In response to the pending state and federal requirements to comply with environmental policies and laws addressing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, Randall Lamb has developed a Clean Energy Program. We analyze both the economic and environmental impact of providing low carbon emission energy generation techniques that will meet current and planned electrical and thermal loads - while at the same time - position an owner to meet and exceed the carbon emission caps being established by the state. Commissioning - As described by the Building Commissioning Association (BCA), for new construction, "Building commissioning provides documented confirmation that building systems function according to criteria set forth in the project documents to satisfy the owner's operational needs. Commissioning for Existing Buildings (aka retro-commissioning) "is a systematic process for investigating, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of building systems by improving their operation and maintenance to ensure their continued performance over time. Randall Lamb offers both types of commissioning services, ensuring that the building systems perform as intended to meet the owner's current facility requirements.
