Working from New York to Virginia Beach, we serve a select group of clients who are among the biggest players in the industry. Originally founded by Ronald Sirk, Sr., R&R Reinforcing, Inc. is now also owned and operated by Ronald Sirk, Jr., who has been working for the business since he was 13, and who received his Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Old Dominion University in 1996. R&R Reinforcing, Inc. has a simple, but unique business philosophy. We do not bid on the majority of projects in our region. Rather, we focus all of our efforts on serving the small group of clients that we consider to be true partners in our success. Because our time is spent strengthening these key partnerships through hard work, customer service, excellence and safety on the job, we can count on continued and growing business from these major companies.
