Rand Water

Rand Water is one of the largest water utilities in the world, located in South Africa. The company provides on average four billion litres of potable water per day to more than 11 million people in an area that stretches over 18 000 km2. Since 110 years ago, Rand Water operates a network of over 3000 km of pipelines with a worth of three billion Euros. In 2012, the company launched Rand Water Academy in an effort to mitigate the shortage of qualified WATSAN experts in South Africa and the region.
