RangerSST, which offers towing management software solutions suited for operations management, has announced new features of its towing software. Send photos of the assigned driver/truck to your customers via text messaging to their mobile phones. Different messages can be sent for enroute ("on the way"), approaching the incident ("please return to your vehicle") and after the call is cleared ("how did we do?"). Messages are user-defined and triggers are configured by account (e.g., could be cash only). Messages can link customers to the tow company website for information and/or feedback.
