RAO Subic Bay is an Independent Retired Activities Office and information center that provides vital services to U.S. military retirees and their families residing in the greater Olongapo city area. We also have a CACO service whereby we provide service to our widows. As an information center we also provide vital information to U.S. citizens residing in the area. 2.
