RAWSON, BLUM & LEON (RBL), is headquartered in San Francisco, California. We specialize in the acquisition, the development, and the management of commercial real estate. Established in 1974 as Rawson, Blum & Company by Dave Rawson and Joe Blum, we initially purchased and developed shopping centers in partnership with Terranomics, a retail development and services company. From 1985 to 1988, we conducted business as Terranomics Equities.
