Raycar manufactures many types of medium pitch gears. We have the capacity to make spur gears, helical gears, and splined shafts complete to print up to 16 inches in diameter. Our gear grinding services are state-of-the-art allowing us to gear grind only up to 27.8 inches in diameter. We specialize in low volume orders of 1 to 100 pieces.
