In case you are not aware, there is legislation before congress now, euphamistically entitled The Marketplace Fairnesses Act, which is possibly one of the largest business and employment killing laws every conceived - at least as far a small businesses are concerned. The euphamistically-named "Marketplace Fairnesses Act" is anything but fair, and will put a lot of people out of business and out of a job if it goes into effect.
