Rosenberg & Chesnov CPA's LLP, formerly Alan D. Rosenberg P.C., was formed in 1975 (the name was changed in 2009) and provides general accounting, income tax and other business consulting and financial services to small and medium sized organizations as well as to their owners/shareholders/directors and other high net worth individuals. Our client-base is very diverse and includes Real Estate Management and Investment, Entertainment and Hospitality industries, Manufacturing and Distribution, Marketing and Advertising, Wholesale, Retail, and Professional Services. Our main office has been located on 45th Street off of 5th Avenue for over 30 years and in 2006 we added an additional location in Scarsdale, New York. We have a long term, loyal and dedicated staff to assist us in providing timely and quality service to our clients. We put a premium on client commitments and have many client relationships that span more than 25 years. We are able to maintain our client-base by bringing more than general accounting skills to the table and staying in touch with our clients throughout the year, not just at tax time. We believe in fully integrating into our clients' business and truly understanding their entire operation. At the onset of the engagement, we discuss their business as a whole, not just in financial terms. We have found that by becoming truly intimate with the entire organization, we are able to provide valuable insight that goes beyond the financial areas.
