R&D Metal Fabricators, Inc. is a privately owned and operated precision sheet metal fabrication plant. R&D is located in Huntington Beach, Ca. and has been doing business in Orange County since 1972. The primary mission of R&D Metal is to become one with our customer to produce the best product possible. We will accomplish this mission by maintaining high standards in Service, Quality of products, Cost and delivery of product. R&D Metal's 40,000 square-foot plant consists of; one 4,000 watt CNC Amada laser, two CNC Vipros 357 Queen turret presses, one 2,000 watt CNC Amada laser, Five CNC precission metal forming, three hardware insertion machines, and Mig & Tig Welding equipment. The Amada laser can make any shape design possible. It is designed for short-run, high-volume productions of sheet metal parts. It features reliable high-speed processing, and advance clean cutting techniques. R&D manucaturing team uses design and engineering support driven programs, such as Solid Works, AutoCad, Bend Cam, Dr.Abe_Blank and AP100. We also use other types of programs in order to work more effectively and effeciently with our customers. We have the ability to perform production runs, from bare metal to finished product ready for assembly, which can include plating, painting and silk screening.
