In January of this year, R.D. Michaels celebrated our 20th anniversary. We are a Winter Park-based firm, owned by three principals who are all active in the daily management and operation of the company. Our staff includes highly qualified project managers, superintendents and administrative support to insure all projects are managed effectively and professionally. Growth has taken us to an average annual volume of $35 to $40 million per year throughout Florida, as well as Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. It is our team minded approach that has facilitated our growth and allowed us the many long term client relationships we have. R.D. Michaels' experience is broad with a foundation in commercial retail. Other areas of strength include office, industrial, ecclesiastical and institutional. Missing from R.D. Michaels' experience is litigation. Since its inception, R.D. Michaels has never been involved in litigation with any owner, any design consultant, or any subcontractor. This is attributed to our solution-minded approach to work through issues while remaining focused on completing a successful project for all parties involved.
