Realyst

Realyst ™ commenced in 1998 to provide a software solution for the management of property leases, predominantly for the retail industry. Following on from the success of the concepts and functionality provided, Realyst ™ moved forward in extending the offering to include all contract types. The first version of RealContract was released in 2002, at the same time that contract management was receiving global attention, initiated by the Sarbanes Oxley legislation. As the Realyst ™ client base grew, new versions, functionality and modules have been developed. In 2004 Realyst ™ introduced their consulting services as the approach by Industry to contract management started to mature. In the following years, Realyst ™ started their International reach with implementations in Nigeria and the US. In 2009 Realyst ™ embarked on a campaign to introduce Contract Management concepts to the Public Sector, and by late 2010 the SA National Treasury released a comprehensive framework for contract management in the Public Sector. Realyst ™ is fortunate to be involved in the roll out of this framework in many Public Sector entities. Realising the opportunities that exist to replicate the model into other developing countries, Realyst ™ restructured in 2011 to provide our clients with increased depth and capacity in skills, and to provide local software and support to Governments and the Private sector throughout Africa.
