Reboot is a diverse workforce enhancement Strategist Firm that focuses on a sustainable return to work for women. At Reboot, we strive to impact the eco system that enables women to take charge, take up paid work to become part of a more gender-balanced corporate India and economy. To this end, we not only work with women, especially returning women, but also with corporates to create more inclusive workplaces. We have a pan-India presence and our community comprises of a large talent pool of qualified women who are either looking to return to work, or want a change from their current roles. Our two flagship programs - RebootHer™ and Equal Half™ - are pioneering efforts which aim to bring about comprehensive societal change.
