We rent big apartments, renovate them at our expense and sublet the rooms to international st...udents aged 20-30 We offer our tenants a personal relationship, international level customer service and the possibility to avoid issues with the standard Italian landlords, long term lease contracts and unreasonable demands of commitment from utilities providers. We offer our landlords a solution that would guarantee a fixed long term income, the possibility to avoid the hassle of managing tenants and a property with increased at no cost at the end of our lease.
